Terms
and Conditions
Buckers To Bucks is not an Auctioneer. Although we are
referred to as an Online Auction. It is important to realize that we are
not an auctioneer in the traditional sense of the word, instead the website
acts as a venue to allow Breeders and owners of ABBI registered Born To Buck
cattle and persons interested in starting a breeding program to buy and sell
bucking bulls and Born To Buck females.
The actual transaction occurs between buyer and seller. All guarantees and payments for cattle
are between the buyer and seller - WE ACT AS AGENTS ONLY!
Buckers To Bucks is
the only website auction approved by the ABBI (American Bucking Bull Inc.) and will accept only ABBI
registered cattle (which includes cattle with RSR Certificates of Registration)
for auction on this website.
Buckers To Bucks is not a classifieds. We are not a website to advertise Born To Buck cattle for sale. By placing an animal on Buckers To Bucks you are consigning them to be sold to the highest
bidder, and you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth by Buckers To
Bucks and agree to adhere to all consignor rules. Failure to follow all rules forfeits
your right to use Buckers To Bucks Sales Arena as a
buyer or seller.
Consignor
Rules
By consigning an
animal (or animals) for auction on Buckers To Bucks
you agree to the terms and conditions and to abide by all rules set forth by
Bucker To Bucks. Prior to placing
an animal (or animals) for sale at auction on the website the consignor must
complete a consignment form furnished on the website.
By placing an animal
(or animals) on the website for auction you will automatically be liable for a
$25.00 office charge. At that time
you may place a reserve on that animal (or animals). If the reserve is not met, all you are
liable for is the office charge. If
the sale is successful and the reserve is met or exceeded you will then be
liable for an additional charge of 7% of the sale price payable to Buckers To Bucks.
If the reserve is not
met you have the option to re-consign or sell to the highest bidder. If for any reason a successful bidder
defaults on a sale where the reserve is met you may request Buckers To Bucks to contact the second high bidder to sell the
animal (or animals) to him on his bid.
Consignor is
responsible for all health papers required by state and federal laws. All consignments must be accompanied by
a copy of ABBI Registration Certificate.
All Bull consignments of age 4 or less must also be age verified. Transportation arrangements will be between
buyer and seller. Buckers To Bucks does not guarantee health or quality of animals.
Bidders
Rules
By registering as a
bidder and placing a bid on Bucker To Bucks website
you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by all rules
set forth by the website. Prior to
bidding on any animal (or animals) offered for sale at auction on the website
each bidder will be required to fill out a buyers form furnished on the
website. At that time the bidder
will be furnished a permanent buyers I.D.#. This number can be used anytime in the
future. Anytime a bidder places a
bid, he has the option of using his name or his I.D.#.
No bid of less than
$25.00 will be accepted and all bids of more than $25.00 will have to be in
$25.00 increments (example - $50.00-$75.00-$100.00-$125.00-etc.)
The bidding will end
at the scheduled time unless there is active bidding from two or more buyers,
therefore bidding will continue until one hour has elapsed from the time of the
last bid. At that time the hammer will drop and it will be
considered a sale.
If any buyer or
consignor fails to follow through on a completed sale the right to use Buckers
To Bucks sales arena will be terminated and their names will be placed on
public list on the website with an explanation of their de-fault.
The successful bidder
will be contacted by e-mail or telephone following the end of bidding. Winning
bidder will contact seller to arrange for shipment and transportation.
All monies paid to
Buckers To Bucks must be paid in U.S. dollars only.
Any reference to money stated in the Buckers to bucks terms and conditions is
in reference to U.S. dollars only.
Buckers To Bucks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at
any time for any reason.
Buckers To Bucks will settle all disputes that should arise.
